Flats, houses and holiday lets in Spain
A complete property portal to buy, rent or book by the night anywhere in Spain. Besides searching and listing, it offers what other portals do not: a register of defaulting tenants, a free valuation of any home and alerts that arrive the same day. I designed and built it from end to end: the interface, the database and all the server logic.

Real screenshots of the live website.

Look up an ID or tax number with an instant result, register unpaid rent backed by a prior accredited claim, and a good-payer certificate for tenants.

Hotels, hostels, tourist flats, rural houses and private homes. The same property can be let both ways, with calendar, nightly price and bookings in one account.

Email alerts for new listings and price drops on favourites, unlimited alerts, and the same on mobile and desktop.
The same website, adapted to every screen: real screenshots on a phone.

Yet another property portal adds nothing. Red Vivienda had to cover what landlords and tenants miss in the others.
Buy, rent or holiday let, by property type and by town, neighbourhood or metro; and also by selecting areas directly on the map.
Know before signing whether a candidate has unpaid rent, and register a default backed by documents.
Long stays and nightly stays on the same platform, with calendar and bookings included.
A free online valuation with no sign-up, with sale and rent ranges from land-registry data and comparables.
Same-day alerts and price drops on favourites, so you are never late for a flat.
Free mortgage comparison with every bank and up to four recommended agencies.
Every page, query and server process is custom-built: PHP on the server, MySQL as the database and JavaScript in the browser.

The landlord enters the candidate’s ID or tax number.
The server checks the defaults recorded in the register.
Instant answer: no defaults, or the defaults on record.
A default is only recorded with a prior accredited claim.
Tenants with no defaults can obtain a good-payer certificate.
The debt is tracked until it is settled.

Real problems from the project, the solution I applied and what it achieved.
